Shipping Policies

Thanks for inviting us to your house, we'll bring dessert!

Mini Mitts ships to physical addresses within the US. We ship dry ingredients that are non-perishable so do not require refrigerated transport - however there are items included that melt and freeze so shouldn't be left exposed to the elements for too long. We do not require signature upon receipt of any shipping order. However, due to the nature of our product, it is best for someone to be home or home soon to receive the delivery. Please be aware of any specific delivery policies at your shipping destination and to doublecheck your desired shipping address before completing your order. Mini Mitts cannot guarantee delivery if we are provided with an incorrect address or as a result of shipping delays due to inclement weather. Mini Mitts will provide you with tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not entirely happy or satisfied with your purchase, we are always here to help. If you would like to cancel your order you may do so as long as the order is still processing. Because of the nature of our product, we can not accept returns once the order has shipped.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or chosen method of payment. The credit will post back to your account in most cases within 7 days depending on your card issuer.
